Heathfield Show donates to local groups and organisations that volunteer at the Show.

We are proud to announce that the Heathfield Agricultural Show has donated over £30,000 this year to local groups and organisations that played an essential part in making our Show a resounding success. This achievement is not just a reflection of our commitment to supporting the community, but also a testament to the collaborative spirit that drives our event each year.

The Show is more than just a celebration of our rural heritage; it’s a gathering that brings together farmers, families, and businesses from across the region. It’s a platform for showcasing the best in agriculture, fostering community spirit, and creating lasting memories for all who attend. However, the success of this event is not something we achieve alone. It’s the result of the hard work, dedication, and passion of countless volunteers from local groups and organisations that contribute their time, resources, and expertise to make it all possible.

‘We are pleased, once again, to give back to these groups and organisations in a meaningful way. Donations have now been distributed to enable them to continue what they do, throughout the year’ commented Bill Gower, Chairman Heathfield Agricultural Show.

He added, ‘By investing in these local groups and organisations that so generously support us, we are helping to strengthen the fabric of our community, ensuring that the positive impact of our work is felt all year round’.

As we start to plan our next Show, we remain committed to fostering these partnerships and look forward to welcoming applications from new groups who would like to be involved in 2025.
