Application for the 2025 Show is now open.
The Arts and Crafts area allows creative businesses and makers to showcase and sell hand-crafted, unique products. The Show would like to celebrate your creativity and passion for working with raw and natural materials in both traditional and modern forms.
Crafters are requested to man their stands in the marquee to give visitors a personal touch. We encourage all craft exhibitors to demonstrate their skills on the day, wherever possible.
You will need to submit a copy of your Public Liability Insurance Certificate (valid for the date of the Show) and your Risk Assessment. If you don't already have one, you can download a Risk Assessment Template below.
If your insurance is due for renewal between now and Show Day, please send the new insurance certificate to us when it has been renewed.
Two trade stand sizes are available in the Arts & Crafts marquee:
2.5m wide x 2.5m deep and 3m wide x 2.5m deep.
Exhibitors MUST provide their own tables and display furniture. The marquee will only have natural light and there is no flooring; your stand will be on grass. If exhibitors need electricity, this can be provided at an extra cost. Please complete the electricity application form available on our website.
There are a limited number of premium Arts & Crafts corner stands available at an additional cost of £12 (+VAT) each. Thy can be requested on application and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Space within the Arts and Crafts marquee is very limited so, we are offering priority booking to all 2024 exhibitors who book before 31st December 2024. All new exhibitor applications are very welcome and after this date, will be allocated any remaining spaces based on suitability and uniqueness.
