All applicants must complete and submit the trade stand application form to be considered for the 2024 Show.
Please download and carefully read the Trade Stand Exhibitor Information Pack attached at the bottom of this page, before starting your application.
We will be asking for a copy of your Public Liability Insurance Certificate (valid for the date of the Show) and your Risk Assessment. You can download an example Risk Assessment form below.
If your insurance is due for renewal between now and the Show date, you may still book now but remember to send us the new certificate when it has been renewed.
